This stuff is unbelievable!

I had pretty bad inflammation in my body and I'm always looking for ways to gcut that back. I didn't think cherry would be this effective, but they actually are. I began with tart cherry juice, but wanted to avoid the sugar that comes with it so when I came across these capsules it was an easy decision. Sure enough, the results of this supplement have been even better than when I was drinking the juice. They get the job done and are mighty convenient. It's plain and simple - this stuff works!

Helps with sleep

I have Fibromyalgia so my sleep is horrible and I keep trying different supplements/things to get better sleep. I read about drinking tart cherry juice and how it helps with sleep but did not want to ingest all of that sugar as sugar causes me Fibro pain. These capsules smell sweet but do not have any of the natural fruit sugar so didn't hurt me. In reading how to take this for sleep it is suggested to take in the morning and evening. I took two capsules in the AM and two in the PM each day for 15 days and here is how it made a difference: Day 1-3 no difference in sleep or daytime feeling Day 4-6 Slept without waking for 4 hours then started usual waking every hour or so to adjust position in bed. felt little groggy in AM Day 7-15 Slept solid, only waking once but easily went back to sleep, but a bit more groggy in the AM possibly due to taking two capsules in the morning? Will have to get more to try taking one in AM to see if it helps. It's now been a week since I ran out and I'm sleeping horrible again.... So it did help my sleep and I'm about to order more!

Tart cherry when taken correctly is a very old and proven tool.
