Excellent nutritional benefits - taste is decent

I have been working with a fitness coach who has helped me with my diet. I have not been eating enough greens so I'm trying to include it in all of my meals. Breakfast is a challenge because I can only eat so many egg white/spinach omelets so I bought the Super Greens Powder Premium Superfood as an alternative. The first time I tried it I mixed it with water. The flavor is okay - it tastes very 'earthy.' However, the benefits far outweigh the taste. I am able to get much more nutrients than with a couple cups of leafy greens. I mix the powder with juice and water which is much more palatable than with water alone. For those of you who don't eat enough greens, I highly recommend this product.

Having tried some competing products, I can safely say this is the only one I recommend based on taste. I actually enjoy this one just mixed in water. Very convenient

Hello! I am wondering if the amount of spiraling and chlorella in the super greens is the daily recommended dosage. I have both of them in my pantry, and am not sure if I would get too much if I use them in addition to what’s in the super greens. Thank you for your assistance! Patty
