Bought this for anxiety/panic attacks ... it works!

Just got these and have been taking one a day in the mornings for 3 days... I feel as though my panic attacks have improved and can feel a noticeable reduction in my anxiety. I do still get anxious about things though. I just read that L-theanine was good for anxiety and wanted to try this instead of beta blockers as I'd rather try a herbal remedy first than medicines. So far, i'm very impressed and happy that I decided to try these out.

Right from the start I liked this, because the packaging is so attractive. I know, don't judge a book by its cover, but there's a lot of **** products in the supplements space. I've been taking L-Theanine for several years at this point for all their benefits, but I'm glad I found this one. This brand seems to care a lot about quality of ingredients and clean formulation without fillers or random junk. Amazing experience

I left a bad review, because the bottle came very quickly, but the parcel was almost completely destroyed by UPS. The bottle was beat up, and it looked like the seal had broken on the bottle, so I didn't feel safe taking it. Very disappointing, and one of the things that makes me nervous ordering directly with companies.
